Commitment to self - Floor Time

I am having a bit of re-occurance of pain. So, I am making a commitment to myself and my body.  In addition to the weekly bodywork I receive, I will give myself "floor time" daily.

What is floor time? For me, it starts with quiet, lying flat on my back and just feeling and noticing. Listening to my body. It may take me into movement as I respond to what my body wants or needs.



It may lead me to some emotional release work.  It may trigger new ideas and projects. It may lead to solutions to old problems or new ways of looking at old problems.

It will include the NKT homework (release and strengthen) I need to do (more on NKT later) It might be only 5 minutes if that's all I have time for, but I commit to this daily, it's that important to my overall well being.
